Updated: Mar 11, 2022

I think we can agree that the situation we find ourselves in as a country and as a community is unprecedented.  The impact of the COVID-19 outbreak to the people you serve is significant and in many cases devastating.  Your mission as public safety professionals and first responders is more important than ever to ensure the needs of our communities are met.

Our Promise

Diverse Computing, Inc. stands behind you because our mission and values are first and foremost to support you. We are committed to providing your agency with the services and reliable systems that deliver timely CJIS information to your dispatchers, officers and other criminal justice professionals. Now, more than ever, it is vital that you have access to mission critical information to ensure your officers are safe, as well as the public you serve.

DCI's Response for our Employees & Community

Daily, we are monitoring information provided by the CDC and local public health officials to ensure our response to COVID-19 is aligned with the guidelines provided by the health professionals. We understand our responsibility to mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 virus, protect our employees and fulfill our commitment to you our customer. Accordingly, our leadership team has taken steps to accomplish these objectives.

We have directed staff assigned to our headquarters location in Tallahassee, Florida as well as our remote staff to work from home effective immediately through April 3rd unless otherwise directed by the Client. The return to work date will be reevaluated periodically based on the evolution of the situation. Our teams are equipped with the necessary tools, equipment, communications and systems access to effectively work from their home location. Telephonic communications may be conducted normally as if they are located in the office.

DCI's Commitment to Our Customers & Partners

DCI will ensure contractual obligations requiring individuals to be onsite are met. Our teams have been provided training resources and supplies to help protect the health and welfare of our employees and in-turn those with whom they work. Should circumstances change with regard to the requirements of an onsite presence, our employees will continue to support your project and systems operations remotely.

DCI is committed to ensuring the continuity of day-to-day operations of systems, ongoing support of our customers and continuing progress on ongoing projects. Together we will get through this historic event.
