"Good software is always great, but having great co-workers is even better. Over the years here at Long County Sheriff's Office, we have grown. When I started there was one computer for GCIC/NCIC. It was me and the former TAC that worked rotating shifts by ourselves. We now have three certified operators, all who are doing what I use to do. It is amazing how in 20 years this office has grown, and how much we will grow, going forward. I do have an Assistant T.A.C. who is a very hard worker and does a lot with very little help. She takes initiative, and completes a lot of tasks without being told. It's hard to find workers these days that puts pride and thought in their work , but this office is fortunate to have some of the best, in southeast Georgia."
