We've Adopted a Road!

Diverse Computing is passionate about being involved in the community and supporting our employees in their charitable endeavors. From the suggestion of one of our DCI employees, we’ve decided to adopt a road through the Keep Tallahassee Beautiful program. We thought it would be a great way to give back to the city in a meaningful way and nothing says team-building like picking up used juul pods on the side of the road, right?

Now we are the proud parents of College Avenue! Why College Ave? It’s a critical road for Tallahassee — with the historic Westcott building located at the end and many businesses and restaurants through the downtown area, it receives a lot of traffic. By pledging to keep this important and busy road clean, we aim to improve the impression that Tallahassee leaves on both visitors and residents alike.

Every other month our employees volunteer part of their weekend in order to give back to the community and the environment. A few of the other ways we like to take care of our planet are by composting, recycling and starting our very first DCI garden this spring! And did you know that our office building is partially powered by solar panels?
